The Wooter Process
Follow these steps from product selection to delivery. Step 3 is the lock point. Once you approve the mockup, production can start.
Step 1: Choose Your Product
Select the sport and item you need. If you’re unsure, choose the closest option and note your league level and deadline.
Step 2: Start Your Design
Choose your design path: request a design, upload artwork, or use the builder. Share your team name, colors, and any references.
Step 3: Review Your Mockup (Proof)
You’ll receive a mockup showing layout, logos, and number placement. Request edits if needed, then approve when everything looks right.
Step 4: Confirm Roster and Sizes
Select the sport and item you need. If you’re unsure, choose the closest option and note your league level and deadline.
Step 5: Production Begins
After approval and confirmation, your gear moves into production. This is when your timeline becomes most predictable.
Step 6: Shipping and tracking
Once production is complete, your order ships and tracking becomes available. Transit time depends on your location and shipping method.
